Responsible for:
·       Working under the directions of the Chef de Partie
·       Take individual responsibility of the station assigned
·       Responsible for the quality of food made in the station
·  Responsible for quality and quantity controls and maintenance of set standards
· Monitor dish washing area and ensure smooth operations of the same
·       Mis en place and prep
·      Work in one or more of these stations (Store, grill, fryer, range, oven, salad, sandwich, dessert, and coffee)
·       Perform other opening, closing, and handover duties
·       Pick up store. Maintain kitchen cleanliness
Preferred Qualifications:
·       Locally available
·       Valid QID & Passport
