Description

We are looking for an experienced Khaleeji Chef who specializes in traditional Gulf cuisine and can consistently deliver authentic flavors and high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook traditional Khaleeji dishes (ie., Kabsa, Mandi rice, Machboos,Luqaimat, Saloona) according to established recipes
•Ensure authenticity in taste, presentation, and portioning
•Manage daily food preparation and cooking operations
•Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
•Monitor ingredient quality and proper storage
•Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
•Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs

Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Khaleeji Chef or in Gulf cuisine
•Strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking methods, and dishes
•Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
•Good time management and organizational skills
•Team-oriented with a professional attitude
