Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and work areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in menu preparation and portion control
Proper storage of food items and ingredients
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs
Requirements:
 
Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
Team player with good time management skills
Culinary certification is an advantage
