2. Production:
   - Oversee the daily production of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
   - Ensure consistency and quality in all pastry items.
 
3. Team Leadership:
   - Lead and inspire a team of pastry cooks and assistants.
   - Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the pastry team.
 
4. Quality Control:
   - Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry kitchen.
   - Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
 
5. Collaboration:
   - Coordinate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
   - Collaborate with the culinary team to create harmonious menu offerings.
 
6. Cost Management:
   - Monitor inventory levels and control food costs.
   - Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining budgetary constraints.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
