Position: Arabic Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Arabic Chef to join our culinary team! If you have a strong background in Arabic cuisine and a passion for preparing authentic, high-quality dishes, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and cook authentic Arabic dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
•Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
•Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP requirements.
•Manage food preparation, ingredient storage, and stock rotation.
•Monitor food quality and minimize food waste.
•Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Assist in menu development and recommend new Arabic dishes when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
•Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
•Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine, including hot and cold mezze, grills, rice dishes, and other regional specialties.
•Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
•Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
•Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
•Candidates must be in QATAR
