A leading company primarily working for projects
in the Hospitality industry is URGENTLY
seeking to fill in the following key position:
1. Commis 1 – Arabic Cook
z Between 3-5 years of experience as an Arabic cook
z Strong knowledge of Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
z Experience in catering and hospitality, including school/campus cafeterias, hotels, or
restaurants.
z Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
z Ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff.
z English communication is a must and teamwork skills.
z Ability to work effectively in a professional kitchen environment.
z Culinary qualification/certification if applicable
2. Commis 1 - Pastry
z Between 3-5 years in relevant experience
z Strong knowledge of Croissant’s & Bread, cakes is an advantage
z Experience in catering and hospitality, including school/campus cafeterias, hotels, or
restaurants.
z Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
z English communication and teamwork skills.
z Ability to work effectively in a professional kitchen environment.
z Culinary qualification/certification if applicable.
3. Commis 1 - Hot Kitchen / Cold Kitchen
z Between 3-5 years of relevant experience
z Previous experience in catering and hospitality, including school/campus cafeterias, hotels,
restaurants, or large-scale food production is an advantage.
z Basic knowledge of hot and cold food preparation, depending on the assigned section.
z Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques, cooking methods, portion control, and food
presentation.
z Good understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
z Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
z Ability to work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team.
z English communication and teamwork skills.
z Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
z Good attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency.
z Culinary qualification, diploma, or relevant professional training is an advantage.
z Physically fit and able to perform the duties required in a professional kitchen environment.
