About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will oversee menu creation, manage kitchen staff, ensure food quality and safety, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage all kitchen operations
•Create and update menus with consistent quality and presentation
•Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff
•Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
•Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier orders
•Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen

Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
•Strong leadership and organizational skills
•Knowledge of food safety regulations
•Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
•Culinary certification preferred but not required
