Description

Prepare and cook New York-style pizzas following company recipes and quality standards. Manage kitchen operations during shifts and ensure food safety and consistency. Be able to create new flavors and sides dishes that align with the restaurant culture. Train the team to master the recipes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
 
- Hand-toss and assemble pizzas consistently.
 
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
 
- Ensure portion control and presentation standards.
 
- Train and supervise kitchen assistants.
 
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
 
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
 
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Minimum 3 years experience in pizza kitchen, preferably NY-style.
 
- Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation, hydration, and oven types.
 
- Food safety certification mandatory.
 
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure.
 
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
 
- Ability to manage the inventory and suppilers tk reduce cost. 


- Ability to create plates related to cuisine and restaurant vision.
