HOST / HOSTESS
Nationality – EGYPT Only  
Providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction by greeting and welcoming
customers, Act as a Focal Point for all the Internal and External Customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Escorts customers to their tables or the waiting area
Attend the telephone with in three rings & provide accurate information to
the guests
Take reservations and manage waiting lists
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and
issuing visitor badges.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and
communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Respectful and courteous
Any additional assignments related to same field
Other Responsibilities
Follows Qatar law
Follows company rules and regulations of the company
Report unsafe conditions in the workplace
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Education / Certification Valid food handling certificate
MS office & Familiarity with phone systems
Knowledge & Training , Food safety training
At least 2 years' proven working experience as a hostess
Ability/Skills
Attentiveness and patience for customers
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well
in a fast-paced environment
Telephone Skills
Verbal Communication, Listening, Handles Pressure
Active listening and effective communication skills
Team spirit Flexibility to work in shifts
High School Diploma or Equivalent
