Hiring Tour operator for a Destination Management Company based in Qatar

Design and Plan Tours: Create customized itineraries and packages based on client preferences and budgets.
Coordinate with Service Providers: Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local guides to secure arrangements.
Negotiate Rates: Work with vendors to obtain competitive pricing for accommodations and activities.
Marketing and Promotion: Advertise tour packages through websites, social media, and travel agencies.
Customer Support: Provide detailed pre-tour information, assist with bookings, and resolve issues during travel.
Handle Documentation: Assist clients with visas, travel insurance, and other necessary paperwork.
Financial Management: Manage payments, budgets, and settlements with service providers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or related fields (not mandatory but preferred).
Experience: Prior work in tourism or hospitality is a plus
Languages: Fluency in English and multiple languages is an asset.
Skills:
 
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


Digital marketing skill will be an added advantage
