Job Title: Arabic Chef – Full Restaurant Operations
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Arabic Chef to lead and manage the full operation of our Arabic cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional and modern Arabic dishes, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in managing kitchen and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of kitchen and restaurant operations, including menu creation, food preparation, staff management, and inventory control.
Design and prepare authentic Arabic dishes with consistent quality and presentation.
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage food costs, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgeting.
Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Innovate and adapt traditional recipes to meet customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.

Requirements:
 
Proven experience as an Arabic Chef with a strong portfolio of Arabic cuisine.
Minimum 3 years in a senior chef role, preferably with full restaurant management experience.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
