Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service:
Greet guests promptly and courteously.
Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
2. Preparation and Setup:
Prepare tables with proper settings, utensils, and napkins.
Ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized before and after service.
Monitor and restock serving supplies as needed.
3. Guest Satisfaction:
Address guest concerns and special requests promptly.
Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation standards.
Follow up with guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction.
4. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
Assist with event setups and other operational needs as required.
5. Compliance and Safety:
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of menu items, food, and beverage pairings.
Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Bengali) are a plus.
