ERP Technical Support
Duties
• Provides technical and functional support ( Help Desk) in the areas of ERP (systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, security access, and training. Designs, develops, tests, deploy, and maintain data processing solutions to enhance the ERP systems.
• Capability to document complex processes and procedures.
• Capability to perform detailed work independently, as well as, in a team environment.
Key responsibilities
• Proficient in Software problem management and resolution.
• Familiarity of software error research and correction alternatives.
• Provide exceptional customer services in a high stress environment.
• Ability to explain technical processes and procedures to end users.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
• Assists in creating and maintaining accurate records and files.
• Works on ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc.
• Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards.
• Provides ERP application support for all users.
