TECHNICAL ENGINEER &
QUANTITY SURVEYOR JOB ROLES:
• Quantity Surveying and Technical Coordination
• Billing Management/Cost Control.
• Materials and Cost Monitoring.
• Handling of scope of construction works starting from estimate to
billing of works by sub-contractors.
• Measurement and estimate of works (Structural, Architectural and
Fit-out works).
• Evaluation of billings/invoicing.
