A well-established Construction Company in Qatar is looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team.
Position: HR Officer
Experience: 3-5 years or more
Location: Doha, Qatar
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of proven HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR regulations.
* Excellent understanding of employees’ rights, contracts, leave, benefits, and disciplinary procedures.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
* Ability to work independently and manage HR matters professionally and confidentially.
* Fluency in English and Indian is required.
