Overseases Order Fulfillment - Ensure accurate stock, smooth, processsing, and timely delivery.
Enhance Customer Experience - handle inquiries, complaints and improve satisfaction.
Lead the Team - Guide, set targets and monitor performance.

Push SEO ranking, Optimize Google Ads and Meta Campagins.
Customer releationship management.
Inventory & Order Management.
MS Office /Excel.

Key Qualification.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related Eeperience.
5+ years of experience in Online Sales, E-commerce, or Retail.
Knowledege Digital Marketing and AI Tools.
Experience with Marketplace, Digial Marketing and E-commerce KPIs.
Knowledge of ERP, POS, CRM and inventory systems is a plus.
