A high reputable company is looking for a qualified candidates for the below positions:

MANAGEMENT
REAL ESTATE MANAGER /
PROPERTY MANAGER
x Minimum of 15 years of experience in real state or property management
x Previous experience in managing residential, commercial or mixed-use
properties.
x Strong leadership, communication and tenant management skills.
x Knowledge of local laws, contracts and property regulation is an
advantage
ENGINEERING
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER x Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineer and
construction projects.
x Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer / Structural Engineering.
x Strong Experience in Structural design, analysis and site supervision
x Proficient in reviewing and intercepting structural drawings, shop
drawings, and technical specification.
x MMUP/UPDA certification is an advantage
FINISHING WORKS
FOREMAN x Minimum of 10 years of experience in finishing works.
x Proven experience in supervising and leading a team.
x Good knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
x Ability to ensure quality, safety and timely completion of work.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS (ALL POSITIONS)
Relevant experience as
per the position
requirements.
Educational
qualification
(related field).
Valid Qatar ID and
transferable sponsorship.
Good communication,
teamwork and organizational
skills.
