Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Restaurant Hostess to join our team. The hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
•Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
•Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in guests.
•Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
•Maintain an accurate and organized seating plan.
•Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
•Coordinate with the restaurant and service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
•Monitor table availability and waiting times.
•Handle guest requests and concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
•Assist with other front-of-house duties as required.

Requirements
•Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in a customer-service role is preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Professional appearance and positive attitude.
•Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy restaurant environment.
•Strong customer-service skills.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday.
•Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaker is an advantage.
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
