Description

We’re hiring a proactive HR Officer to join our team:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Support the performance review cycle and goal-setting processes.
Assist in generating HR reports on metrics such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment.
Write, update, and maintain clear and accurate job descriptions.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with Qatar Labor Law.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in an HR administrative.
Solid understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
