We Are Hiring – Architect (Fit-Out Projects)

Fast Trading Integrating Construction is seeking a skilled Architect to join our team and support ongoing and upcoming fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare architectural drawings for fit-out works (concept, detailed, shop drawings)
•Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details
•Prepare and review shop drawings in coordination with site and technical teams
•Perform quantity take-offs and assist in BOQ preparation
•Prepare and manage material submittals, samples, and approvals
•Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and site teams
•Ensure drawings and submittals comply with project specifications and authority requirements
•Support value engineering and cost control when required

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
•Proven experience in fit-out / interior projects
•Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
•Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution
•Experience in preparing shop drawings and material submittals
•High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
