Description

·         Prepare detailed joinery and interior fit-out shop drawings using AutoCAD.
·         Develop accurate estimations, cost analysis, and material take-offs for projects.
·         Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure drawings meet site and manufacturing requirements.
·         Review and modify drawings as per client and site feedback.
·         Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
·         Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery and fit-out drafting and estimation.
·         Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D joinery drawings.
·         Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
·         Knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, and estimation techniques.
·         Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
·         Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
