KEY DUTIES:

Implement quality systems

Conduct audits & reports

Coordinate staff training

Ensure compliance (JCI, ISO)

Support performance improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's in Nursing/Healthcare

Master's in Quality (preferred)

2+ yrs experience in healthcare QA

JCI/Accreditation experience

KPI & MS Office proficiency
