Description

Manage daily operations of the camp (accommodation, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
Ensure hygiene, health, safety, and security standards are followed
Allocate rooms and keep records of residents
Supervise camp staff (cleaners, maintenance team, etc.)
Handle grievances and enforce discipline
Coordinate with HR/Admin for check-in/out of employees
Monitor inventory and supplies (furniture, equipment, bedding, etc.)
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with labour/accommodation laws
 
Minimum 3 years experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in Qatar or GCC
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
Knowledge of Qatar labour and accommodation standards
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
