Required for a Fine dine Japanese cuisine restaurant group in Doha, Qatar.
TEPPANYAKI COOKS – 3-4 years’ experience in preparing and performing Teppanyaki. Knowledge of Food Hygiene practices
SUSHI COOKS - 2-3 years’ experience in preparing Sushi, Sashimi, Nigari, Maki, Tamaki, etc.
COOKS (Hot Kitchen) - 2-3 years’ experience in preparing Soup, Noodles, Rice, Tempura, Donburi, Dumplings, Teriyaki and Grills.
