Travel & Tourism company is looking to hire a Senior Reservations Officer with strong expertise in managing bookings and delivering exceptional customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
* Handle and manage flight and hotel reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
 
* Work with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
 
* Supervise and support the reservations team.
 
* Provide clients with the best travel solutions and offers.
 
* Resolve booking issues, modifications, and special requests.
 
Requirements
 
* Minimum 5 years of experience in reservations within travel & tourism companies.
 
* Proficiency in GDS systems.
 
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
 
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
 
* Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
