Description

The EHS Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all
Environment, Health & Safety regulations and facilitating the
Permit to Work (PTW) process for projects within Ras Laffan
Industrial City (RLIC) and QatarEnergy sites. This role ensures all
necessary safety documentation, risk assessments, and approvals
are in place before initiating any site activities, in accordance with
RLIC and QatarEnergy protocols.
Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Occupational
Safety, or Environmental Science.
• Certifications: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent; PTW training
(preferred by RLIC/QatarEnergy).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in an HSE role, preferably in
oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction projects within RLIC
or QatarEnergy.
Knowledge:
• PTW systems and procedures of RLIC and QatarEnergy
• Hazard identification and risk assessment.
