Description

·         Prepare detailed electrical drawings, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems (ELV). 
·         Develop single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel schedules. 
   - Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs. 
   - Resolve clashes between electrical and other services (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
   - Maintain and update as-built drawings throughout the project lifecycle. 
   - Incorporate design changes and ensure version control. 
   - Review drawings for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. 
   - Assist in material take-offs and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation. 
    - Utilize AutoCAD,
- *Education:* Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Drafting Certification. 
- *Experience:* 3+ years in electrical drafting for commercial/residential projects. 
  - Understanding of load calculations, cable sizing, and circuiting. 
- Experience in high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, or large-scale construction projects. 
 
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices (energy-efficient lighting, solar systems).
