Responsibilities:
✔ Monitor & follow up on overdue payments
✔ Ensure timely collections & maintain cash flow
✔ Reconcile accounts & resolve disputes
✔ Collaborate with the finance team for process improvements
Requirements:
✔ 3+ years in collections/accounts receivable
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems
✔ Detail-oriented & deadline-driven
