We are looking for skilled ladies who can roll mahashi (stuffed cabbage and grape leaves) with speed and precision.
Food Prep – Cleaning, cutting, and prepping vegetables, herbs, and meats for various dishes.
If you have experience in preparing delicious, well-wrapped mahashi, we want you on our team!
Inventory & Stocking – Checking ingredient levels and notifying the kitchen of shortages.
Maintaining Cleanliness – Keeping workstations, utensils, and prep areas sanitized.
