Kanto design is recruiting the following position immediately:

Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

Reviewing tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities, to understand the scope of work and requirements.

Create comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project specifications.

Cost Management:

Prepare and arrange all required technical documents needed for tenders.

Accurately estimate and price BOQs to align with project requirements and guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or a similar role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Candidates must be available to join immediately.
