Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.

Coffee Knowledge: A strong understanding of coffee types, brewing techniques, and espresso drinks is a plus.

Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service.

Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and specifications for beverage preparation and ensure consistency in product quality.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and work in a busy environment.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed.

Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing coffee beverages and experiment with new drinks or presentation styles.
