Skilled in espresso calibration, latte art, and brewing methods
Good knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and drink recipes
Ability to train and supervise junior baristas
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and consistency in quality
Knowledge of café hygiene and maintenance standards
