Description

Golden Gates Consulting is seeking an experienced estimator to join our team on-site at our Lusail, Doha office. In this role, you will be responsible for writing repair estimates based on photos submitted by our clients, which include companies from around the world. This is an in-office position, requiring experience in the automotive field and body shop adjusting. Strong observation and comprehension skills and at least a conversational level of English are essential to evaluate vehicle damage and communicate findings effectively.

To accommodate our clients in the Central Time Zone, the work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM, with rotating half-days on Saturdays.

We work with companies around the globe and specialize in providing call center and estimating solutions for body shops. We are currently hiring for an on-site position in Doha, Qatar, where estimators will be writing virtual estimates for our clients.

Qualifications

- Authorized to work in Qatar (work visas available).
- Pass all pre-employment screenings.
- High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and materials.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
