Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to support a luxury hospitality establishment in Qatar for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in upscale dining environments, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Immediate availability and local presence in Qatar are required.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service coordination.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Monitor kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.
Oversee the performance of junior chefs, ensuring consistency in food preparation across all sections.
Step into the Head Chef's role during their absence, taking full responsibility for kitchen operations.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of recipes to meet guest expectations and luxury standards.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
A diploma or certification in culinary arts or equivalent training is preferred.
3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
Exceptional culinary expertise across multiple kitchen sections.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Other Requirements:
Locally available in Qatar.
Immediate availability for joining.
