Description

Office Supply Management: Oversee the inventory of office supplies, track usage, and maintain a list of items that need to be restocked. Ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies to avoid shortages.
Desk Organization for the Boss: Regularly arrange and organize the boss's workspace to ensure a tidy and efficient environment, keeping essential materials and documents easily accessible.
Meeting and Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and conferences for the boss, ensuring all relevant details are confirmed. Send reminders and updates to attendees as needed.
QID Expiry Monitoring: Track the expiration dates of employee QIDs and inform both the boss and HR/accounts about upcoming expirations. Ensure employees are reminded in advance to renew their QIDs in a timely manner.
Travel Arrangements for Employee Vacations: Book flights for employees on vacation leave, ensuring all details are correct and in line with company policies.
Supporting Procurement Engineer:
Supplier Inquiries & Quotations: Assist the Procurement Engineer in contacting suppliers to request quotations for materials, equipment, or services needed by the company. Ensure all necessary specifications are communicated clearly to obtain accurate quotes.
Quotation Comparison: Prepare and maintain comparison sheets to evaluate multiple supplier quotes, highlighting key factors such as price, quality, delivery schedules, and terms. This will help in making informed procurement decisions.
