Description

Responsibilities :

* Demonstrate advance skills in rotating equipment, such as centrifugal (2 stage and multistage) compressors and pumps.
* QC understanding of dimensional check and precision measuring equipment
* Basic understanding of pressure testing, machining, valves and welding
* Installation of wear rings- Expansion fit (hot) & Shrink fit (cold)
* Should have experience in dismantling, repairing, reassembling, and testing of
equipments such as pumps, valves, diesel engines, compressors, and other similar
mechanical equipment

Requirements :

* ITI in Mechanical Fitters + NCVT or equivalent or Diploma in Mechanical
* Experience in Rotor balancing
* Good communication skills in English language, both verbal and written
* Basic mathematics skills.
* Minimum 6-8 years previous experience
* Overhauling experience is mandatory.

salary : 2000 - 5000 QAR
