Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, along with completed DataFlow and Prometric exams.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and identify care needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed records.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care plans.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
Assist in emergency medical procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Operate and monitor medical equipment.
Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all hospital policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or diploma.
Valid nursing license.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Completed DataFlow Primary Source Verification.
Passed Prometric exam.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused care delivery.
