Job Title: Cook (Indonesian National)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook specializing in Indonesian cuisine for an immediate position based in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of relevant experience and be available locally for a prompt start. This role requires a passion for culinary arts, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

Job Responsibilities:-

Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indonesian dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Plan menus and food preparation based on restaurant standards and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage food inventory, including the storage and ordering of ingredients as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
Adapt recipes and cooking techniques based on customer feedback and dietary needs.
Perform additional kitchen duties as required.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Indonesian national with 2-3 years of experience as a Cook, preferably in Indonesian cuisine.
Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining.
Strong knowledge of traditional Indonesian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high-quality dishes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
