Job Description:

Land Royal Properties, a leading real estate agency in Qatar with a Brokerage License, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful real estate sales and a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Generate and manage a list of potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings with clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
Assist clients with the buying, selling, and rental processes, including negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and closing deals.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and provide clients with the latest information.
Collaborate with other agents and appraisers to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Participate in open houses, home inspections, and other events to promote listings and attract potential buyers.

Requirements:

Active real estate license.
Proven track record of successful real estate sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the local real estate market.
Valid driver’s license.
Conversational proficiency in English.
3+ years of experience in real estate.
