We are looking for a reliable Filipino Cook who can join immediately. With atleast 3 years of working experience in a Restaurant.
• Design and develop new menu items that showcase the best of Filipino cuisine.
• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team to innovate and improve the menu based on customer feedback and trends.

• Proven experience as a Cook specializing in Filipino cuisine. Knowledge in Chinese and Japanese cuisines is a plus.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
