 Key Responsibilities:
 Supplier Management:
 
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and service.
 
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to achieve favorable terms for the organization.
 
Procurement Process:
 Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to streamline the purchasing process and achieve cost savings.
 
Review purchase requisitions, analyze requirements, and determine the most cost-effective procurement approach.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical practices in all purchasing activities.
 
Inventory Management:
 Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to meet production and operational needs while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
 
Work closely with inventory control and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
Implement inventory management systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce stockouts.
 
Cost Control:
 Analyze pricing trends, market conditions, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and cost avoidance.
 
Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives, such as vendor consolidation, bulk purchasing, and value engineering.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to purchasing costs, savings, and supplier performance.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and quality assurance, to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
 
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any issues impacting production or operations.
Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support organizational goals and initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
-            Preferably Arabic nationalities and locally available in Qatar.
-            Must have a Qatar driving license.
-            Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience of procurement in the Food and Beverage industry.
-            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-            Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
-            Proficient in using any inventory system.
-            Must have a valid and transferable QID.
-            Can join immediately.
-            Salary will be discussed during the interview. (Salary is negotiable depending on your experience)
