HSE Officer 
Location: Ras Laffan 
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the oil and gas sector
Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards
Certified in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certifications
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Monitor and report on HSE performance, incidents, and near-misses
Deliver safety training and awareness programs to teams
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure legal compliance
