Description

We are seeking an experienced Food Factory Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage establishments like factory and production level in supply chain basis. The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and profitability across all areas of the business. Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the factory, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing productivity while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, operators, and technicians to achieve production targets and quality goals.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess equipment performance, maintenance needs, and production efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations and achieve financial targets.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to maintain operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage manufacturing industry, with a strong background in operations management.
Thorough understanding of production processes, equipment, and technology in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
