Role Description
This is a full-time Quality Management Admin role, which requires an on-site presence in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and management of the organization's quality management system. This role will involve maintaining comprehensive documentation on quality standards, performing quality reviews and audits, and developing and implementing quality improvement plans. The Quality Management Admin will also work closely with the management team to ensure all quality control processes are effective and meet organizational requirements.
 
 
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in quality management or a related field
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with management, colleagues, staff, external vendors, and contractors effectively.
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and quality frameworks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English.
