1. Minimum 5 years of QAQC experience in architectural works, fit-out, finishes, and facade.
2. Strong knowledge of international standards, project specifications and construction codes.
3. Experience in high-rise buildings,  commercial, or large-scale developments is preferred.
4. Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
5. Familiarity with QA/QC tools, Inspection checklists, and NCR
   procedure..
