Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B revenue growth.
2. Identify and target potential clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
3. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
5. Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.
7. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring terms align with company policies and objectives.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
 
Salary (4000 - 5000 )+commission
1. Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
8. Valid Qatar Driving License.
9. Valid QID and transferable.
