Seyon Migration is seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented team player to join our Qatar office as a Sales Consultant. #### **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Engagement:**
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective clients to understand their migration needs.
- Provide personalized migration solutions and advice based on the clients' requirements.
2. **Sales Performance:**
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Convert leads generated through marketing activities into successful sales.
- Maintain and update the client database and sales pipeline regularly.
3. **Customer Support:**
- Offer ongoing support to clients throughout their migration process.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
4. **Administrative Duties:**
- Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
6. **Market Insights:**
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the management on potential areas for improvement.
#### **Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the migration or related industry.
- **Skills:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
