Job Summary: As a Junior Project Manager for Branding, you will play a crucial role in
supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of branding projects. Working closely
with senior project managers, creative teams, and clients, you will assist in ensuring that
branding initiatives align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within
budget. This position provides an excellent opportunity for growth in project management
within the dynamic field of branding.
Responsibilities:
? Project Planning: Collaborate with senior project managers to develop project
plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for branding projects.
? Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-
functional teams, including Client, designers, Site Supervisors, and Senior Project Manager, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
? Client Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships, gathering project
requirements, and providing regular project updates to ensure client satisfaction.
? Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays and
implementing corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
? Quality Assurance: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all
deliverables meet or exceed the quality standards set for the project.
? Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, proactively
addressing issues that may impact project success.
? Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans,status reports, and client communications.
? Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management, or a related field.
? Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts.
? Proficiency in project management tools and software.
? Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Previous experience in project coordination or project management.
? Knowledge of branding principles and design processes.
 
? Familiarity with creative software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
