Mechanical
Engineer
¯ 3–5 years of experience; UPDA required.
¯ Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing & Drainage.
¯ Site coordination, drawings and project documentation.
Electrical
Engineer
¯ Minimum 8 years of experience.
¯ UPDA Grade A mandatory.
¯ Construction experience.
¯ Electrical installation supervision and site coordination.
Draftsman
Cum
Estimation
¯ 2–4 years of Civil & MEP drafting experience.
¯ Diploma / ITI / Engineering qualification.
¯ AutoCAD, shop and as-built drawings, quantity take-off
and BOQs.
Procurement
Officer
¯ 3–5 years of procurement experience.
¯ Engineering graduate.
¯ Vendor management, supplier evaluation, negotiation
and purchase orders.
