Description

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or certificate in Storekeeping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in material handling in an industrial environment (utilities, cooling plants, or similar) will be considered an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate with suppliers for material deliveries.
2. Receive incoming materials.
3. Inspect and verify received goods.
4. Update and maintain inventory records.
5. Issue materials to site or relevant departments.
6. Maintain proper storage conditions and housekeeping.
7. Conduct stocktaking and cycle counts.
8. Report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials.
9. Manage material returns to suppliers.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
EVALUATION / SELECTION CRITERIA
• Relevant qualification and storekeeping knowledge.
• Previous industrial material-handling experience.
• Accuracy in receiving, issuing, and recording materials.
• Inventory management and stocktaking skills.
• Safety awareness and compliance with company procedures.
• Communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
